The Help Me Grow system is specifically designed to help states organize and leverage existing resources in order to best serve families with children at-risk.

Rather than start from scratch, affiliate with Help Me Grow and build on the experience and knowledge that already exists.

States affiliated with the Help Me Grow National Center use the HMG system to implement effective, universal, early surveillance and screening for all children, and then link them to existing quality programs.

Use of the HMG system has been shown to improve access to services and encourage collaboration across sectors, while simultaneously lowering costs.
